By accessing or using the Xeta Digital Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable election laws, communications regulations, and privacy requirements.

2. Authorized Use & Campaign Compliance

Users are strictly responsible for ensuring that all outbound voice call campaigns, voter surveys, and automated communications comply with national telecommunications and election commission guidelines. Unlawful spamming or misrepresentation is prohibited.

3. Account Security & Role Access

Campaign administrators are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and managing permissions assigned to campaign staff, mandal leads, and booth workers.

4. Intellectual Property & AI Content

All AI-generated banners, videos, speech scripts, and survey analytics produced via the platform remain the property of the respective campaign organization, subject to platform fair usage terms.
